4. File Requirements

• Request file corrections if they don't meet our standards
• Charge additional fees for file preparation if necessary
• Refuse service if files are consistently not meeting requirements

5. Delivery and Timing

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Additional time may be required for complex orders
• Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules

6. Quality Assurance

We maintain high quality standards for all our products. However:

• Minor variations in color and finish may occur
• Customers should inspect all products upon receipt
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Before production begins: Full refund minus any design fees
• During production: Partial refund based on work completed
• After production: No refund available
